I am just going to say if you’re here wanting the recipe for gluten free and vegan bagels LEAVE NOW. Because I really f#$%@^@$%^ed these up.
But during the process I took cute and happy pics but inside I was a ball of stress because things. just. weren’t. WORKING. OUT.
Seriously I followed the directions, used the right measurements and this is what happens… Brick dough bagels. The worst part is I didn’t make the holes big enough in some of them so when they baked the looked like actual butt holes.
But I’m always down for trying something new, and it was fun, Matt and I had some laughs at the butt hole bagels but if any of you have suggestions for good store bought gluten free bagels, help a sista out.
Maybe it was because I used vanilla almond milk instead of regular.
